General

What types of storage do you offer?

We offer three main types of storage: vehicle storage for cars, SUVs, trucks, campervans, motorcycles, boats and jet skis; container storage for your own or a rented shipping container; and equipment and machinery storage for excavators, forklifts, generators and trade equipment. Each is available outdoors or under shed.

What is the difference between outdoor and under-shed storage?

Outdoor storage is an open-air, fenced and monitored space, best for items that can handle the weather. Under-shed storage is a roofed, covered bay that protects vehicles, containers and equipment from sun, rain and dust, and is recommended for long-term or weather-sensitive storage.

Where are you located and which areas do you serve?

We are based in Yarraville, in Melbourne's inner west, and serve Footscray, Seddon, Kingsville, Spotswood, Newport, West Melbourne and the wider western suburbs.

Can I visit the site before booking?

Yes. Call ahead or drop by during office hours and a member of the team can show you the outdoor yard and under-shed bays before you book.

Bookings & pricing

How do I get a quote?

Fill in the free quote form on our website with what you would like to store, or call us directly. Quotes are usually confirmed within business hours.

How much does storage cost?

Pricing depends on what you are storing, its size, and whether you choose outdoor or under-shed storage. Outdoor spaces are generally the more affordable option. Contact us for a free, no-obligation quote based on your exact vehicle, container or equipment.

Is there a lock-in contract or minimum term?

No. We offer short-term storage, for example while you travel or move house, and long-term month-to-month storage with no lock-in contract.

How quickly will I hear back after enquiring?

Most enquiries made by phone or through our website forms are answered within business hours, usually within an hour or two.

Vehicle storage

What types of vehicles can I store?

You can store cars, SUVs, utes and trucks, campervans, motorcycles, boats, jet skis, vans and trailers, in either outdoor or under-shed bays.

Can I store a boat or jet ski, including the trailer?

Yes. We store boats, jet skis and their trailers in both outdoor and under-shed bays. Under-shed storage is recommended for boats to protect upholstery, electronics and paintwork between trips.

Do I need to prepare my vehicle for storage?

A little preparation helps, especially for long stays: give it a clean, check the tyre pressures, think about the battery, and use a breathable cover. Our blog has a step-by-step checklist for preparing a car for long-term storage.

Do I need to insure my vehicle while it is in storage?

We recommend keeping your own insurance in place and checking with your insurer what cover applies while your vehicle is stored. Ask us about the details when you enquire.

Container storage

Can I store my own shipping container?

Yes. You can bring your own 10ft, 20ft or 40ft shipping or storage container and park it in an outdoor or under-shed space. We coordinate delivery access for container trucks and crane trucks.

Do you rent out storage containers?

Yes. If you do not own a container, we have containers available to rent on site, so you can store goods without buying or transporting a container yourself.

Can businesses and tradies use container storage?

Yes. Many tradies, small businesses and online sellers store stock, tools and equipment in a container instead of renting warehouse space, with flexible month-to-month access.

Equipment & machinery

What equipment and machinery can be stored?

We store excavators, bobcats and skid steers, forklifts, generators, tractors, compressors, trailers of tools, and other trade and construction equipment, in outdoor or under-shed bays sized to the equipment.

Can trucks and heavy machinery access the site?

Yes. The yard has wide driveways, hardstand surfaces and turning space suited to trucks, trailers and machinery deliveries, with drive-up access during opening hours.

Is under-shed storage better for machinery?

Under-shed storage is recommended for equipment with electronics, hydraulics or exposed metal components that can be damaged by prolonged sun and rain, such as generators, compressors and smaller power equipment. Larger, weather-resistant plant such as excavators is often stored outdoors.

Security & access

How secure is the facility?

The yard is fenced, gated and monitored by CCTV, with coded access for tenants. Vehicles and equipment are logged in and out and the site is checked regularly.

When can I access my vehicle, container or equipment?

Tenants can come and go within our access hours, which are wider than our office hours. We confirm the exact access hours when you book.

Is there anything I am not allowed to store?

Please tell us what you plan to store when you enquire. Items such as dangerous goods, flammable liquids and illegal items may not be permitted, and we can confirm what is and is not allowed for your situation.
